Hm, dort steht Voraussetzung für Apple Intelligence sei ein iPhone 15 Pro oder 16 (alle), sowie eine Einstellung von System und Siri auf Englisch.
Kann man also, falls man ein entsprechendes Handy hat, auch in der EU Apple Intelligence nutzen, wenn man nur die Sprache ändert?

Apple schreibt mit Stand vom 9.9.24:
For European Union residents: Apple Intelligence will not currently work if you are in the EU and if your Apple ID Country/Region is also in the EU. If traveling outside of the EU, Apple Intelligence will work when your device language and Siri language are set to a supported language.

Das in der Beta 1 ursprünglich verhandene Geoblocking hat Apple seit iOS 18.1 Beta 2 nicht wieder aktiviert. Dort reicht ein Umstellen der Sprache. Das letzte Wort scheint hier noch nicht gesprochen.
